Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Partners

1. Registration

All Production Houses, Studios, Broadcasters and Cinema halls shall complete Cinebeam Partner Registration and execute the applicable Service & Revenue Sharing Agreement prior to commencement of any project.

2. Script Approval

Every script shall be registered free of cost with Cinebeam before principal photography. The production schedule, shooting locations and authorized representatives shall be submitted through the Partner Portal.

3. Safety Compliance

For all outdoor productions, adequate medical and security arrangements have to be ensured. Where applicable under the agreement, Cinebeam will provide Paramedical Staff, Ambulance, Female Security Personnel (Military trained officer) and Trained Canine Teams. Compliance with applicable safety requirements is mandatory for eligibility for Cinebeam's post-production services. In outdoor shooting, when recording isn’t in progress, the female security officer is in charge. We provide lacto-eggetarian food free of cost. Non-veg plates will be charged. Only wine is allowed outdoors.

4. Content Submission

All recorded material shall be uploaded in the prescribed digital format along with complete metadata, copyrights, music clearances & other legal documentation.

5. Post-Production

Editing, mastering, quality control, encoding and content preparation shall be carried out according to Cinebeam's technical specifications & delivery standards.

6. Distribution

Approved content shall be scheduled for secure satellite-enabled distribution to participating cinema halls and authorized distribution partners.

7. Revenue Sharing

1 percent/show/week/cinema hall, up to a maximum of 30%, after deduction of local taxes. Revenue generated through Cinebeam services shall be shared in accordance with the executed agreement. The standard commercial model provides for 30% Revenue Sharing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Note:- 50% of the net revenue collected from shows including promotional events will be equally distributed amongst on screen artists, while 20% will be distributed amongst off screen artists. If anyone is participating as onscreen & off screen, then they will receive the highest payable amount only. We prefer artists & responsible persons to have earnings from single source only & expenditure on multiple accounts.

• After 15 years of continuous performances & submission of at one performance every year, all related artists will be declared shareholders of the parent company & stand to earn preferential dividend as royalties in similar ratio as mentioned above. 

• Other dedicated support include legal, medical OPD, quarterly health checkup in our recognised network of reputed hospitals, nutritionists & accountancy.

• As per our CSR initiative, we will sponsor annual educational fees of all the children of our artists who have completed at least one year, either as an on screen or off screen artist with us.

8. Executive Dashboard

Authorized Executives may monitor project status, distribution reports and revenue statements through the Cinebeam Mobile Application.

9. Compliance

All scripts, recordings, financial information and intellectual property shall remain confidential. Unauthorized copying, redistribution or disclosure is strictly prohibited & will be publicly flashed on news for incurring loss to the nation. All partners shall comply with applicable laws, contractual obligations, copyright requirements and Cinebeam operational policies. Cinebeam reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in the event of non-compliance.

• Religious promotions are often found to hurt someone's sentiments. Therefore, we have strictly decided not to air any content related to promotion of any religion or anyone being worshipped.

• We will give customized incentives for submitting biopics, game & quiz shows, documentaries, etc.

• We don't promote AI artists as they don't contribute to GDP. Moreover, during our assessment, we found AI to be over 100 times more expensive than substituting humans, who can work in temperatures of up to 40 degrees. We value humans over AI.
